jeetx Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement for the use of the jeetx platform and all services under it. By accessing jeetx through the website, mobile version or any other channel, or by opening an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

In these Terms, "you" or "user" means any person who accesses, browses or uses the jeetx platform. "jeetx", "we", "our" or "platform" means the authority operating the jeetx service.

Our privacy policy, responsible gaming guidelines, and the individual terms of each game or promotion also apply alongside these Terms. If there is any conflict, these general terms will apply unless the specific terms state otherwise.

2 Account Registration

To use services on jeetx, each user must create a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, family, household address, device or IP address. If multiple accounts are created, they will be closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Current address

2.3 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If your password is compromised or you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Age Requirements

At the time of registration you declare that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are participating on this platform voluntarily. jeetx may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time.

If it is established that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

jeetx is committed to being a safe and transparent platform. We follow the KYC (Know Your Customer) process to confirm the identity of users.

4.1 Required Documents

• Recent bank statement or utility bill (as proof of address)

4.2 Verification Timeline

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer can be used to deposit funds on jeetx. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).

• Deposited funds must come only from the registered user's own account
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted
• Deposits using funds from illegal sources are prohibited
• No additional fees apply at the time of deposit

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit (where applicable)
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met
• jeetx reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if unusual activity is suspected

6 Bonuses and Promotions

jeetx offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms which apply alongside these general terms.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x).

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for playing
• Multiple bonus offers may not be active at the same time
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period — unused bonuses will expire at the end of that period
• Bonuses apply to specific games or game categories as determined by jeetx
• jeetx reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected

6.3 VIP Program

The jeetx VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active participation. Each tier has its own benefits and rewards.

7 Betting Rules

All betting activity on jeetx is conducted according to specific rules. The odds, payout rates and betting limits shown on the platform may vary by game or event.

7.1 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on international and domestic cricket including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC events. Odds may change quickly during live betting. Bets that have already been placed cannot be changed.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games including slots, live casino and fishing games are operated according to fair play principles. The individual rules of each game apply.

7.3 Result Determination

• The results of all games are completely impartial and controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG)
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, bets will be refunded
• jeetx decisions regarding results are final

7.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and event. These limits are clearly displayed on the platform. jeetx reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits for any user.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetx platform and may result in account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to manipulate the system
• Using or providing access to another person's account
• Attempting to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds
• Using automated software, bots or hacking tools
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures
• Fraudulent behaviour towards other users
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Misusing chargebacks or payment disputes
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour towards platform staff

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 jeetx Authority

jeetx reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice. This applies in particular if:

• Any provision of these Terms is violated
• There is any suspicious activity under investigation
• KYC verification fails or false information is proven
• Closure is required for legal or regulatory reasons

9.2 User's Own Closure Request

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, valid balances may be withdrawn subject to wagering requirements being met.

10 Limitation of Liability

jeetx makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, jeetx will not be held responsible in the following cases:

• In the event of data loss due to unforeseen technical circumstances
• If account information is leaked due to the user's own negligence
